May 4th Legacy Scholarships
The May 4th Legacy Scholarship Program was established by 91´«Ã½ÔÚÏß in 2020.
This program provides four scholarships to be given to students majoring in our Peace and Conflict Studies program. Each scholarship bears the name of one of the students killed (Allison Krause, Jeffrey Miller, Sandra Scheuer and William Schroeder) to serve as a lasting testament to their lives and presence at 91´«Ã½ÔÚÏß.
Applications are now being accepted for the four May 4th Legacy Scholarships being awarded in 2025. The deadline for applications has been extended as follows:
The deadline for the first round of applications for the May 4 Legacy Scholarships has been extended to midnight on Monday, May 26, 2025. Applications received by the deadline for the first round of applications will receive priority in determining scholarship awards.
A second round of applications will be accepted up until a deadline of Friday, June 6, 2025. Applicants for this second round will be eligible to receive funding if we are unable to make a decision on the award of all four of the May 4 Legacy Scholarships based on first round of applications.
Information on how to apply can be found below.
Each scholarship is in the amount of $3,000. The scholarship may be applied to any of the following costs associated with attending 91´«Ã½ÔÚÏß: Tuition, Room and Board, Fees, Books and Supplies.
Donations are always welcome. See below for how to contribute to the May 4 scholarship fund.
