Flash Help

Flash Help Logo
Flash Help is a support service that allows students to ask for help when they need it! Students who are experiencing multiple concerns are welcome to submit more than one Flash Help request via KSU Navigate.

  • Areas that students may submit a Flash Help for include:
  • Academic Challenges
  • Questions about your Schedule or Course Scheduling
  • Getting Involved and Connected on Campus
  • Basic Needs - Access to food, housing, financial support
  • Identifying Resources to Pay for College

Once a request has been received by the Office of Student Success Programs, it will be sent to the appropriate campus resource. Students will then be contacted by someone at 91传媒在线 who can help them within 1-3 business days.
