Report an Incident/File a Complaint
If you believe you or another individual have experienced discrimination or harassment based on sex (e.g., gender discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, stalking, or intimate partner violence) you may file a report using any of the methods listed below.
Once a report is received, a staff member from the Office of Gender Equity & Title IX will reach out to the individual who may have been impacted. Participation with the Office of Gender Equity is always voluntary. The purpose of our outreach is to offer support, share resources, and discuss available options.

Law Enforcement
You have the right to file a report with law enforcement as well as the University. You can file a criminal complaint with the University Police Department or local police department, depending on where the incident took place.
